Facebook may be the top social media platform in terms of volume of users, however Twitter is fast becoming the place to be as a brand.

Twitter can be a great tool for brand awareness, customer service and driving traffic to your site if it is used correctly, but the big question is, where do you start? As with many social platforms, Twitter has it’s own jargon that can be confusing when you are starting out.
